The Apprenticeship Model

Train While You Get Paid

Traditional education asks you to pay tens of thousands of dollars upfront with no guarantee of a job. Our apprenticeship model flips that: you earn a paycheck from day one while gaining structured, mentor-led training on real AI projects.

Registered apprenticeships are backed by the U.S. Department of Labor and often partially or fully funded through federal and state grants — meaning employers pay little to nothing to bring on an apprentice, and apprentices earn a living wage throughout training.

12–18 months

Learn to define, prioritize, and ship AI-powered products. This track covers product strategy, roadmapping with AI tools, prompt engineering for product discovery, user research, and cross-functional leadership — preparing you to manage AI features, data products, and intelligent automation initiatives from concept to launch.

Registered apprenticeships require federal and/or state registration to unlock funding. We manage the entire compliance process — documentation, audits, reporting requirements — so the employer and apprentice can focus on the work.

Progress & Accountability

We track competency milestones, wage progression, and program outcomes for every apprentice. Regular check-ins with both the apprentice and employer ensure the placement is working and any issues are addressed quickly.
